What if the shoes don't fit, or I'm worried about buying handmade leather online?
We take 100% of the risk off your shoulders. Every pair comes with a 7-Day Easy Size Exchange Policy and a 2 to 3-Year Craftsmanship Guarantee. If the fit isn’t perfect, we’ll exchange it hassle-free. If there’s ever a structural defect, we’ve got you covered. You focus on stepping out in style; we handle the rest.
Are your shoes made to order?
Yes, we offer both! We keep select sizes (8 & 9) in ready stock for instant dispatch, while custom sizes and special orders are individually handcrafted made-to-order.
How long does it take to complete an order?
Ready stock items ship within 1–2 business days. Made-to-order pairs take 10–12 working days for hand-crafting, plus 2–3 days for doorstep delivery.
Can I customize my shoes?
Yes! For made-to-order requests, we offer custom sizing, fit adjustments, and personalized burnishing options. Contact us on WhatsApp to discuss your preferences.
What size should I order?
Our shoes run true to standard UK/Pakistan sizing. If you are between sizes or unsure, check our Size Guide or message our team for a quick recommendation.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, we offer nationwide Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan for all standard orders.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we will send a tracking link and courier ID directly to your WhatsApp and email so you can monitor its progress.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship across Pakistan. For international orders, please contact our support team on WhatsApp for custom shipping rates and arrangements.

Ready stock orders (sizes 8 & 9) are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Made-to-order and custom pairs are individually handcrafted and delivered nationwide within 10–14 working days. You will receive tracking details via WhatsApp or email upon dispatch.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer hassle-free size exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unworn items in original packaging. Made-to-order or customized pairs are eligible for size adjustments or crafting defect support under our 2 to 3-year warranty.
